Your health records remain encrypted on Malaysian servers. We do not sell, share, or analyze your data for commercial purposes. You may request permanent deletion at any time.
Recommendations follow the Malaysian Dietary Guidelines 2020, WHO standards, and peer-reviewed research. We do not endorse fad diets, unverified supplements, or extreme protocols.

Clear rules for accessing NutriSihat's digital and clinical services.
All content, meal plans, and methodologies are proprietary to NutriSihat. Redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited. Educational use requires written permission.
Digital tools are for educational purposes. Not a replacement for emergency medical care. Diagnoses require in-person medical evaluation.
Aaliyah breaks her fast after 30 days and books a consultation. She wants quick weight loss but mentions dizziness.
Our system flags "dizziness" during booking. The nutritionist is instructed to ask about blood glucose levels before recommending any dietary changes.
Under Section 3.2 (Emergency Protocols), the consultation shifts to triage. Aaliyah is advised to visit a clinic first. We refund 100% because safety trumps scheduling.
Our terms aren't legal boilerplate—they're clinical safeguards that protect you when algorithms can't make a diagnosis.

No subscription fees for users; we absorb costs as operational commitment to Malaysian sovereignty.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will first attempt mediation through the Malaysian Consumer Tribunal before civil court action.
